Trunnion Mounted Top entry ball Valve its the most difference from common ball valves is that maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline. unique seat retraction technique and the top entry trunnion supported design gives the convenience of in-line repair or replace valve internal components without dismantling it from pipe line. Because each ball seat shuts off the line fluid independently on the upstream side ,so top entry ball valves are suitable for double block and bleed application.

Trunnion Mounted Top entry ball Valve Features:
1. Anti-static structure: Trunnion ball  top entry ball is provided with the anti-static structure and adopts the static electricity discharge device to directly form a static channel between the ball and body or between the ball and body through the stem.
2. Double block and bleed ( DBB ) : Both seats hold their respective pressures independent of the body cavity pressurewhich is ideal to verify the sealing of the seats.
3. Trunnion-mounted ball: Features a fixed ball and floating seat rings ,Bearing absorb the side load generated by the pressure acting on the ball.
4. Self-seated valves:In valves designed for standard service, a resilient material is inserted into the metal seat holder to provide a soft-seating acting in addition to the metal -to -metal seating between the ball and seat rings.
